This Privacy Policy explains how Middle Finger Dunk AI ("we," "us," or the "Service") handles information when you visit the Service, create an account, upload photos, generate a video, make a purchase, receive an email from us, or contact support.

Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect:

• Account and contact information, such as your name, registered email address, account identifiers, and support messages.
• Photos and generation choices, including photos you upload, the output settings you select, and information needed to process a generation request.
• Generated content and delivery records, including AI-generated videos, generation status, and records showing when a result was delivered or accessed.
• Payment and credit information, such as the payment provider, checkout or transaction identifier, selected product, amount, currency, payment status, credit balance, refund status, and fraud or dispute signals. Payment providers process card details; we do not store full payment-card numbers on our servers.
• Device, usage, and security information, such as IP address, browser and device type, pages and actions, timestamps, error logs, cookies, session or preference data, and rate-limit or abuse-prevention records.

How We Use Information

We use information to operate and improve the Service. This includes creating accounts, processing payments, managing video credits, delivering generated videos, validating uploads and generation requests, preventing fraud or abuse, troubleshooting technical issues, sending transactional messages, responding to support requests, enforcing our terms, and complying with legal obligations.

We do not use your uploaded photos or generated videos in marketing unless you separately give us permission.

Service Providers and Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information only as reasonably necessary with providers that help us operate the Service, including payment processors, AI generation providers, cloud storage and delivery providers, email providers, hosting providers, and analytics or security providers. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

We may also disclose information when required by law, in response to a valid legal request, to protect people or our rights and property, or as part of a permitted business transfer.

Retention and International Processing

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, deliver videos, manage payments and credits, resolve disputes, maintain security, enforce our terms, and meet legal obligations. Completed generated videos are generally retained for up to 48 hours. Account, payment, credit, support, and security records may be kept longer where needed for those purposes.

Our providers and infrastructure may process or store information outside the country where you live. Those locations may have different data-protection laws. By using the Service, you understand that information may be transferred and processed where our providers operate, subject to applicable law.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including encrypted transport, access controls, and monitoring. No internet service or storage system is completely secure. Please keep your account credentials private and contact us promptly if you believe your account or delivery email has been compromised.

Your Choices and Requests

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information where applicable law provides that right. We may need to retain limited information for legal, payment, accounting, fraud-prevention, or security purposes.

Age and Uploaded Content

The Service is intended only for people who are at least 18 years old. Do not upload photos of minors. You must own or have permission to use every photo you upload, and everyone depicted must be at least 18 years old and not a public figure.
