Acceptance

By accessing or using Middle Finger Dunk AI (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

Middle Finger Dunk AI is a creative AI tool that turns one or two uploaded photos into a short, silent basketball dunk video. Current outputs are 15-second, 720P MP4 videos in a 9:16 or 16:9 aspect ratio. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.

When a video is ready, we send it to the email address registered with your account. Please check your spam or junk folder as well. Generated videos are generally available for up to 48 hours after completion.

Eligibility and Your Confirmations

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Before generating a video, you confirm that:

• Everyone depicted in the uploaded photos is at least 18 years old.
• No one depicted is a public figure.
• You own the photos or have permission to upload and use them.

Do not upload photos of minors, public figures, or anyone whose image you are not authorized to use. You may not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing, harassing, or otherwise prohibited content or conduct.

Credits, Payments, and Failed Generations

Video credits and prices are shown in the Service at the time of purchase or checkout. One completed video generation consumes the applicable number of credits. Credits are not cash and are not transferable unless we state otherwise.

If a final technical failure prevents a paid generation from being delivered, the credit spent on that request may be restored once to your account. A restored credit is not a cash refund. We may investigate suspected abuse, duplicate requests, chargebacks, or attempts to manipulate generation failures before restoring a credit.

Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers. Refund requests, where available, are evaluated according to applicable law and the circumstances of the purchase. Contact support@middlefingerdunkai.org from the email associated with your account or order.

Your Content and Generated Results

You keep the rights you have in the photos you upload. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to process, store, and transmit those photos and generated results only as needed to operate, secure, support, and deliver the Service.

AI-generated results vary. Sample outputs use the same general pipeline as the Service, but your results may differ. AI output can contain artifacts, inaccuracies, or unexpected details. Review generated content before sharing it and do not present it as real footage of an actual performance.

Independent AI Tool

Middle Finger Dunk AI is an independent AI tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the original artists, their label, or the original show. Videos generated through the Service contain no original audio and no footage from the original performance; they are AI-generated style homages to a widely referenced format. Free previews are watermarked and labeled as AI-generated.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, branding, and original materials, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Nothing in these Terms gives you rights to our trademarks, software, or other Service materials except as necessary to use the Service.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created legal or security risk, or attempted to abuse the credit, payment, or generation systems. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that every request will succeed, that a result will meet your expectations, or that the Service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Middle Finger Dunk AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
